Mushroom soup

You need.
1 medium celeriac
1 cup of dry mushrooms
2 cups chanterelle
2 cups champignon
olive oil
Creme fraiche

In a bowl have dry mushrooms and some water for an hour. Chop the ingredients, boil everything in a large pot for about 20 minutes, season with herbs and salt. Add creme fraiche before serving!

Vegetable soup

This soup is simple, light and suitable for vegans and vegetarians and very easy to make.

You need:

  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Parsnip
  • Parsley
  • Parsley root

Chop in small bites and let it simmer for approximately 30 minutes and add

  • 3 table spoons of Extra Virgin olive oil

before serving add

  • Soy sauce for taste
  • Sour cream
