Potato crust with English Cheddar

Simple but yet delicious!

You need:

English Cheddar

1. Preheat the oven on 220 degrees C. Peel and rasp the potatoes, combine with salt. On a baking plate have baking sheet with some olive oil on it, have the potatoes over, the potatoes should not be more than an inch height, have diced butter on top. It should look like a pancake. Bake the crust for 20 minutes.

2. Take the crust out from the oven, have cheddar on one side of the crust, have the other side on top of the cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
